The Blogging Begins :)

Micah 6:8

He has told you, O man, what is good;
    and what does the Lord require of you
but to do justice, and to love kindness,
    and to walk humbly with your God?

God is so good!  His love and mercy exceeds all that we can ever imagine.  He has brought our family to a place where we know deep in our hearts that we are called, commissioned even,  to welcome a son or daughter into our lives through adoption.  

This is humbling!  We feel every sense of fear, worry, inadequacy, mixed with joy, celebration, trust, and peace.  We are placing our hope in our God- who knows no limitations- to meet our every need and equip us to bring our child out of life of abandonment, into a place where they are accepted, loved, and belong.

Our child is already a blessing to us, and is a picture of God's kindness toward us.  We are so excited to see God move in this!  When He acts, who can reverse it?
